I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping patients improve their mental health and quality of life. I’m currently earning my DNP as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, which means these days I’m fueled by determination, coffee, and whatever snacks my kids haven’t already eaten.

I’m also a mom of three active kids, so life outside of Ascend usually involves sports, bleachers, practices, and wondering where everyone’s shoes went. When I get a break, I love movies, kayaking, lake days, and time with friends and family. At home, I’m supervised by Wesley—a cat who strongly identifies as a dog and has no plans to change.
