Justin Musick

Justin Musick joined Ascend Wellness in 2023 as the Director of Operations. Growing up in a military family, he had the opportunity to live in several places before settling in Arkansas at the end of high school. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Arkansas, followed by a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.

Before joining Ascend Wellness, Justin spent 17 years in education. He taught mathematics and science for 10 years before serving in school administration for seven

years. This experience helped him develop a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, team development, and organizational management.

As Director of Operations, Justin oversees the day-to-day functions of the clinic, ensuring that patients receive a smooth and positive experience from their first contact through ongoing care. He works closely with clinical and administrative staff to improve processes, support team members, maintain compliance, and help the clinic operate efficiently and effectively. His focus is on creating systems that allow providers to deliver exceptional care while ensuring patients feel supported every step of the way.
