Elizabeth Froman

I earned my medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Medicine and have been practicing medicine for more than 20 years. At Ascend, I care for patients across a range of needs, including pain management, substance use, ADHD, and ketamine therapy.

I’m especially passionate about working with people navigating mental health challenges and seeing the difference ketamine treatment can make in their lives. Everyone responds differently, which is why I believe listening with compassion and empathy is such an important part of providing truly individualized care.

When I’m not seeing patients, you can usually find me spending time with my rescue dogs.
