Christen King

I’m a Northwest Arkansas native who spent 17 years in hospitality management before finding my way to Ascend. I love getting to know our patients and their stories and being a small part of their mental health and wellness journey. My favorite moments are hearing how much better someone is doing—but I’m just as happy to be there when they’re having a hard day and simply need someone to cry with or a hug.

Outside of Ascend, I love reading, traveling, going to concerts, and watching smut TV on Bravo with my three cats. Most of all, I love spending time with my husband and two bonus kiddos.
